At the gold mining plant in Yakutia, engineers wanted to provide a speed margin for one of the Warman 14 / 12G-AH * pump electric motors, so they installed an engine with a frequency of 60 hertz, although according to the design data, a 50 hertz motor should have been employed.

For the 27th time, Crocus Expo will bring together the largest suppliers of machinery and equipment for the extraction, processing and transportation of minerals.
Spare parts from Element tripled expected OEM part operating time
At a gold mining and processing facility, pilot tests of Elemnet’s flow part for a slurry pump were completed. According to the results of testing, the mileage of the metal armoured disk stood at 3380 hours. Prior to this, the equipment was equipped with an FLSmidth* rubber armoured disc, which worked for a maximum of just 900 hours.
Mining Element begins supplying spare parts for underground mining equipment
Mining Element has opened a new department! We’re welcoming underground self-propelled equipment to their product offering. The department plans to concentrate its efforts on the integrated supply of spare parts and important components of equipment. Also, a significant vector of work for the new division will be the formation of a warehouse program to optimize delivery times.
